We like the place, but it just needs some improvements and tweaks that appear to just be from oversights or from lack of Positive: Property is new, modern and well situated in the Hunter. The cellar is a 10/10. Negative: Being a new property, it appears it has teething issues and the staff that manage the accommodation appear to not come from or are trained in this type of hospitality. I received no check in or checkout msg or email as indicated I was meant to get. The bed is hard as a rock, the cupboards are stocked with cups and cutlery etc but there was no dish soap, tea towel or sponge to wash and reuse if required, there is no iron, the staff provided 2 bath towels only which I had to use both after the shower to dry the floor as water falls away from the drain and the whole thing was wet! the tv is in a very odd spot above the door, the high window above the desk needs a shutter or blind as the light beams in at night with external lighting and first thing in the morning.
